Coconut Poached Mahi Mahi

Mahi Mahi poached & served in a sweet & spicy coconut ginger broth with roasted carrots, sweet onions & red pepper
*Coconut Yam Fritters
(allergens: egg, coconut, alcohol [vinegar], wheat [panko, flour])
Yam & coconut fritters fried & garnished with spicy cabbage salad
**Jamaican Rice & Peas

Pigeon peas & long grain brown rice cooked with scotch bonnet peppers, thyme, garlic & coconut milk, garnished with curry carrot romesco
