Tri Tip marinated with garlic, shallot, red wine & mustard, cooked sous vide, grilled, sliced & served with Crab Aioli (allergens: egg [aioli], shellfish [crab]) [on the side]

(allergens: dairy [cream, butter])

Red potatoes smashed skin-on with butter, cream, and roasted garlic

Dwelley Farms corn, Rancho Gordo yellow-eyed beans, sauteed dandelion greens

**Garden Salad
Mixed greens with cucumbers, carrots, red bell peppers, red onion & red wine vinaigrette (allergens: alcohol [vinegar]) [on the side]

Shredded green cabbage, carrots, red peppers, garnished with parsley and caraway
