Buttermilk-brined turkey wings, slow roasted, deep fried & tossed in Frank’s Red Hot Sauce Beurre Blanc, garnished with crumbled Point Reyes blue cheese & parsley, served with *Frank’s Red Hot Sauce Beurre Blanc (allergens: alcohol [vinegar], dairy [butter]) [on the side]
*Bedrock’s Brontosaurus Burger
