Beef Tostada

All natural ground beef cooked with onion, garlic, tomato, dried chilies, herbs & spices, garnished with fresh cilantro, served with all the fixins!
**Refried Beans

Pinto beans cooked with onions, garlic, herbs & spices, garnished with green onions
*Roasted Yams

Roasted Garnet yams tossed with a sweet & spicy orange-butter sauce & fresh parsley
**Du Puy Lentil Salad

Du Puy lentils with red onion, roma tomatoes, pineapple, cilantro & white wine vinaigrette
