Grilled Petaluma Farms chicken thighs cooked in a rich sauce of tomato, onion, garlic, serrano ham, brandy & chicken stock, garnished with fresh parsley

White beans, onion, garlic, green bell peppers, carrots, red potatoes, button mushrooms, peas, white wine, dry sherry & saffron-vegetable broth, garnished with fresh parsley

**Saffron Rice
Jasmine rice steamed with saffron

**Sauteed Red Chard
(allergens: alcohol [vinegar])
Organic red chard cooked with onions, garlic, sugar & white wine vinegar

**Chickpea Salad
(allergens: alcohol [vinegar])
Chickpeas with cucumbers, pickled red onions, piquillo peppers, baby spinach, & red wine vinaigrette, served with *Feta Cheese [on the side]
