Notes From the Chef, December 8: Meet the Flintstones!
Tonight’s menu is inspired by one of the most beloved TV shows of all time – The Flintstones! The original series aired from 1960 – 1966 and has since inspired several movies and an animated revival set to air in 2013. Enjoy tonight’s modern Stone Age treats like “Pterodactyl” (turkey) wings with Frank’s Red Hot Sauce buerre blanc. On the side, be sure to have some roasted red, purple and gold “Pebbles’” potatoes, and Bamm-Bamm’s sautéed broccoli. Yabba dabba doo!
